It Gets Worse Before It Gets Better

You have gotta love that saying if you are a primary teacher, right?!? At least that is what I keep telling myself. I took some pictures of my room right after the custodians were done cleaning this summer. So, my mission today is to get this morning meeting section of my room put back together so that I can share more pictures today with you. You never know, I might even get another section in my room put back together. I am having a garage sale Friday, so I have been taking a lot out of my classroom the past 2 weeks.

LOL! I just found out that there is a VBS happening in my room and I can't get back in until August 1. (First day of school is 8/15) I feel your pain!

How did you hang the pocket chart and clothesline from the ceiling???!

I grabbed your button!

I'm not allowed to go back in my room yet either and I've got the itch! I know I will be having that same feeling real soon!

Just picked up my keys today. Didn't quite have the "get up and go" to head down to my classroom because I know once I do....it will captivate me until school starts!

I worked for about 4 hours and got a lot done. I had good intentions of going back tonight to take pictures, but got occupied with a garage sale I am having on Friday. I will get pictures on ASAP. Your are right the more I go in now, the more I think about it!

It does seem like parents come at the time your room looks a wreck and they want to check things out. Mine looks better, but I still have work to do and money to spend!!

I heart your blog! I am now a follower. Although, I have to admit your pictures are making me a little anxious to get started in my room. This is my first year being 9 month. I have been year around for nine years! So I am ready but not...does that make sense??? Can't wait to see the pictures:)
