I see in your pictures name tags that are propped up...how did you make these? I would love to use something that like in my kindergarten classroom!!:)

I bought the nametags at Staples but have also seen them at Office Depot. They are a clear lucite tent. They were a little expensive but I waited for them to go on sale. I have used the same ones for several years. When I have kids sitting straight across from each other each tent holds two - one on each side. When I have the tables pushed together each student has a nametag on one side and uses the other side for extra information, goals, etc.

Did you use any kind of recording sheet for this activity that you could share?

When we did this activity we did not use a recording sheet. The 3D shape charts that we have in our TPT store (for free) could be used though. Hope your kids enjoy the activity as much as ours did!
